If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, not a problem. You may request a full refund from the seller within 14 days.

Refunds are usually processed within 1 week of creating a request, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for the seller to receive the product and process your refund, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request.

How do I request a refund?

You can request returns/refunds from your account dashboard under ‘MY ORDERS’. Simply locate the order, and select ‘Support‘, then choose ‘Refund Request‘ from the options, provide required information and submit. This request goes directly to the seller for processing.

Please ensure that the item(s) are in the packaging they were received in, and that they are easily identifiable with the inclusion of the order number associated to that item (delivery slip), else your refund request may not be approved.

Note: For a product to be eligible to be returned under our Returns Policy, the product:

• Must be in a re-saleable condition
• Must be un-used and in its original packaging (if sold packaged)
• Must not be listed under the exceptions below, and
• Must be returned within 14 days of purchase

• Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks (irrespective of packing style).
• Promotional items (Gift cards and Mystery box items).

• Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund lingerie, underwear/innerwear (irrespective of packaging style), socks, bed sheets, swimwear, hosiery, and jewelry.
