SHIPPING

What is the estimated time to ship?

RisBay sellers typically ship products as soon as they receive an order. The shipping time usually ranges from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the type and weight of the product. The estimated shipping time can be found on the respective product pages. Please note that this may vary for overseas sellers. For overseas orders, please contact the store directly to confirm shipping timeline.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by clicking the "Order Status" link on the menu. You will also be notified via email when your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking information provided by sellers. Simply follow the link or copy the tracking number and paste it on the respective courier website.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered via courier or the seller's delivery agent(s). You will receive tracking information via email prior to delivery.

What payment methods are available?

We have secure payment options for everyone. You can pay by Credit/Debit card or Online EFTPOS.

Credit / Debit Card
We accept cards from over 46 countries, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, China UnionPay, and many more. During checkout, you have the option to save your credit or debit card to your Risbay account. You can manage your saved cards by viewing or removing them on the Payment Methods page of your account. When shopping online, you may be prompted to authenticate your payment by entering a one-time SMS passcode sent to your phone by your bank, or by approving the transaction through your bank's app.

Online EFTPOS
Online EFTPOS allows you to make payments directly from your bank app using your smartphone, even if you don’t have a credit or debit card. It’s a safer, more convenient way to pay online, and also one of the most secure payment methods available, as you never have to reveal your payment or banking details. Currently available to ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Westpac and The Co-operative Bank. We expect more banks to join in the near future.

How do I place an order?

Search for a product using the product categories, the featured campaigns/ads or simply type your desired product name in search field above. Click "Add to Cart" to add item to your cart and continue shopping or proceed to checkout when you are satisfied. The "Buy Now" option takes you directly to checkout with only a particular product in your cart. You can modify your selection on the cart page and also calculate shipping estimates. Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need an account to place orders. Shopping with an account gives you access to exclusive discounts, promos, customer loyalty prizes and access to our support system, thereby enhancing your overall shopping experience.

Why do I see different prices for the same product type?

RisBay supports entrepreneurs and we have many different sellers competing for business, therefore you may find the same product offered by different sellers at different prices. We believe that by supporting sellers, we can offer you a wider product selection, more choices, increased convenience, and better pricing.

How can I return a product?

You can request returns/refunds from your account dashboard under 'MY ORDERS'. Simply locate the order, and select 'Support', then choose 'Refund Request' from the options and provide required information. This request goes directly to the seller for processing.
