RisBay sellers deliver to all regions in New Zealand via standard courier services.

RisBay sellers typically ship products as soon as they receive an order. Time to ship is typically between 1 – 3 business days, depending on the type and weight of product. Time to ship is found on the respective product pages.

Delivery times may vary based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Shipping Options:

North Island: Standard Delivery within the north island.

North Island – Rural: Delivery to rural locations within the north island.

South Island: Standard Delivery within the south island.

South Island – Rural: Delivery to rural locations within the south island.

Signature Delivery (All regions): An adult must be available to sign for package delivery. If you miss the delivery, couriers may make another attempt to deliver your package or ask you to pick up from their nearest office.

Please note that there may be some delay for rural deliveries depending on the courier. Neither Risbay nor the seller have the ability to influence delivery times.

Tracking your order
